Hey, congratulations on the long road to PHD, a tough process many never complete. The poetry was always there lurking behind the other writing, but I had to keep the other books coming out to support my life as a consultant and presenter. The virus made it easy to walk away from 22-25 workshops a year around the world and when I quit I decided it is time to start life again. Going back to school was the key. I loved poetry but had no idea where to start. After that I started working with Gotham Writers and ended up with a good coach/editor there that moved me along. I needed the basics allowing me to reach higher. Not there, and may never be, but I love the process. And 40 is the decade where you take all you have learned and now are ready to find out who you really want to be fore the next 40 years.
