HI Enne, you are welcome. Some advice I received many years ago helped me immensely in tough times. My friend, who was a degreed psych person, told me to keep a journal, but only focusing on one thing. Each day i was to write what happened to me, how I felt about it, and most importantly, why did I feel the way I did. For me, I found over time I was reacting strongly to things I couldn’t control, which I was letting cause me stress and frustration. The process itself was very therapeutic and gave me a way to eventually reframe my life and how I approached it.
