Hi Jo, as a fellow seeker you might read Being Mortal, perhaps one of the best books I have read in a decade. The goodness is, according to people like Susan Golden, who wrote a business book called, Stage, Not Age, says at 71 we are just starting on the next 30 years of our lives, so get over getting old and get on with living the next decades fully alive.
