Hi Mia, I have been a personal coach for most of my career, and I still think this might be one of the most common traits amongst forty years of clients. They mess something up twenty years ago and never forgive themselves for being young. I try to help them getter better tomorrow and just let it go, but I am still surprised how much bag a person can carry into middle age. Thanks for the read Mia, you are always much appreciated here.
