Hi Orla,

There is a Plan Be for time stressed humans. You might try something I still resort to if I am traveling or busy in my other life and that is to read for 30 minutes a day when I get up then set a timer and write for 30 minutes. Keeps me focused, consistent and moves ahead whatever I am working on. If I am on a bookl project, I write a minimum of five pages, but then block out a ten-week block and just write until I get the damn thing done.
