Hi Scott, what percentage of the pain and expense does that group represent? They usually represent a disproportionate amount of your cost because of the pain in ass neediness that group usually brings to any company. Put them in order from bad to horrible, then eliminate slowly starting at the horrible end. This should slowly free you up to chase less needy, and costly, clients.
