Hi Seu, I am guilty of that myself. I follow someone, but don't see their stuff pop up anywhere. I think once you get to a certain point you have to just consciously look for those who have few claps or responses each day and do what you can. I follow too many to chase them all individually, but I do hit at least ten a day of those are listed on Medium under my following tab.
