Hi Siva, yes, i agree that many get jobs they may not deserve because they are liked, but all I am saying here is at least work on not being likable and give your chance a shot. I don’t see as much of loss of integrity these days as I did a decade ago, but again, if you are in a company and working your way up at least stop being a jerk and give yourself a chance.
Who says you can’t be talented and liked at the same time?
