HI Sofia, thoughtful note, thank you. I worked for over 40 years in the fitness industry as a business consultant, always surrounded by the fit and beautiful. Strange to grow old in the middle of a world of the perfect, but I also think it helped me fight back more, take better care of myself, and perhaps think younger than I would doing something else.
