Hi ZD, a thoughtful note and most appreciated. I wrote a book several years ago, a series of letters to my granddaughter, who was six at the time, for her 21sr birthday. I felt exactly as you do, but didn't want to take any chances. I wrote about how I thought about books, friends, spirituality and many other topics, just in case I was not here on that birthday. Kids remember us as we are now, but in many ways, never knew us when we were young, vibrant and alive with love and the world. You might write these letters to your kids letting them know who you are, and who you were long before you were you now. Thank you ZD, I might have to write again about those letters here. Thom
